RentNanaimo.com is a Facebook group and website for tenants and landlords to find and list rental properties in Nanaimo.

The goal behind RentNanaimo is to provide a centralized resource for listings in our city. Tenants can search by map location as well as filter by various features such as if a place allows pets, a certain price range, number of beds/baths, etc.

Facebook, Kijiji, Craigslist, and UsedNanaimo don't offer these features and instead require tenants to have to go through each listing one by one. For example, it may be hard to find a listing that is under $1,350 a month, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, allows pets, and has a dishwasher, but on RentNanaimo these listings can be found within seconds.
 

RentNanaimo was created and is run by Tyler Cruz, who has lived in Nanaimo for almost his entire life, and has been both a tenant a landlord.
